Current availability fluctuates, so it would be best to call us at 708.583.1235 to get the latest information. -Rent is based on the resident's income. Typically, it is 30% of the resident's monthly adjusted income. If you need help with determining monthly adjusted income, please call us at 708.583.1235. -Since the rent is based on the resident's income, we are not able to provide a blanket number for the security deposit. -Utilities are not included. However, subsidies may be available for those who qualify. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to call us at 708.583.1235. We are open Mon-Fri, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. We are closed on most holidays.
