My fiancé went into this navy federal to submit some paperwork to get his personal card and the lady that “helped” him had a terrible attitude and was acting very skeptical of him, ended up not even helping him so we went to a different branch.

Came and and saw a teller who told me she checked me in and to have a seat, there was only one other person in the waiting area and two service reps soon there was 5 in the waiting area and one service rep went on break (kiki) the assistant branch manager and the lady up front came and helped two people that came in after me ( with out even acknowledging that I had been sitting there before them) all and all it took me an hour and 15min just to reopen my account, the last 15 min was when someone actually called me to help me.

I use navy federal to deposit money since I just moved where my bank is not and someone told me atm stole 150 from them so there in service . The front desk told me to use the atm when I came in asking about depositing like they didn’t know both atms are down then another lady said she’s fixing them and I went through the drive through again after she said to still down … just running me around in circles instead of helping

I had a fraud claim denied, and the notice stated that I could visit a local branch to file an appeal. Do I need to make an appointment, or can I just come in to speak to a fraud specialist?
