This is the only DAV that I've been in contact with that just doesn't seem to care about the veterans. They were short, glib, and slightly hostile at all stages of our interactions. While in their office, I sat and overheard a representative talk about how he hoped a client would simply die, and that they didn't deserve anything, simply because she was being difficult - and likely struggling. The representative that I worked with put my claim in incorrectly - blatantly - and did everything he could to rush me out the door as quickly as possible. They are constantly gone, and work behind a locked door in the federal building, that is very difficult to locate.

Do not use this office. They called me to patronize me and argue that I don’t deserve the benefits I am applying for. The dude asked me what I was wearing for my last C&P exam and suggested my age was a reason I should be turned down. They have been horrible and I felt like they were there to attack me rather than help me. Disgusting.
