I would give zero stars if possible. My car has been in the shop due to hurricane damage and needed an inspection done before I could be reimbursed the money but the inspection was cancelled and I was given no reason as to why and given excuse after excuse on why it can't be done in a timely manner. I have a job and family so I need my car but they told me if I picked my car up they wouldn't cover it because no inspection was done. I will never recommend these people and my whole extended family is looking for new auto insurance

Haha progressive is a joke wait until everyone hears how you cannot cancel a policy that was created by mistake. Even told them I did t care about the money to make it easier and still won’t close a policy. That I never agreed or signed up for. My name was just put on a policy. I then just told them since we can add and make up policies then I want Elvis Presley added to this policy lol. What a joke guess I’ll try today, tomorrow and the next day. Until Flow takes my case I guess lol
