To be clear, for the actual PA Farm Show that is evey January. They just charge for parking. Prices seem to go up every year for parking though. This year its $15.
Other events that are held at the pa farm show complex charge differently. So it depends on the event being held.

If you drive around the complex, you can find signs for various parking areas. There is one directly across from the Maclay St. Lobby entrance. It costs a little more, but it's really easy to get in & out from and you can walk to the complex.
