the worst care in the world, and first they tell you one price, and then another, I asked for the results of the exams they did to me and they denied them, after having paid them, the worst experience! not recommended 👎👎👎

I had my contacts eye exam on 8/30 and placed an order for my contacts. We are in October now, and I still haven’t received them. I’ve been calling them every week about the status of my contacts and they keep telling me “oh it’s coming.. we’ll call you” like they absolutely have no urgency to help me in any other way. I told them I no longer have contacts to wear and they could care less. They already billed my insurance for a product that I did not receive, and isn’t this insurance fraud then? I’m extremely upset and I’m about to call their corporate.

I have scheduled appointments here twice. Both times I showed up 20-30 minutes early early, I waited for over 2 hours and was never seen by the doctor. The first appointment I scheduled was for 2 hours before the store closed. I was never seen by the doctor and the store closed. The second time I waited over 2 hours, as other people with appointments scheduled LATER than mine came and went, I still was never seen by the doctor, this time I opted to leave. Find a better eye doctor that doesn’t quadruple book appointment times.

I went there and paid for my comprehensive eye exam. I did not get framew/lens from them because I did not fine the style that I wanted. Today, I called and asked them to email me a copy of my comprehensive eye report, they were giving me a hard time saying that they are not comfortable giving me the PD/IPD if I don’t buy glasses from them. And they want me to physically go and get the prescription when they can easily email it to me. Poor customer service.
