Dr Cindy Masopust - I just left this establishment and I have had issues before with visionworks, I was trying to prevent the same to happen so as I was explaining it to this so called Doctor, she is telling me what I see, I am telling you what my issue is. Long story short, she got the worst most disgusting attitude and RAISED HER VOICE at me, excuse Mr? Not returning So distasteful & disrespectful. The actual staff was super sweet, but this distasteful human needs help in speaking with her customers. Don't make reservations here, go elsewhere.

Ive gone to several location but this here is the worst location ever. The employees are horrible. They need to be educated. Ive ordered the lense, they did not call me, I could not get hold of anyone via phone call, So I stopped by and realized my order was ready. But they had wrong brand ordered. So Total I waited 2 months now and still do not have the correct ones. Worst place, avoid at any costs.
