I could not have had a more positive experience. While I was holding my 3-year-old after a nap on a Sunday afternoon, a spider scurried into her ear and my husband and I couldn’t get it out. Since our pediatrician was closed, we raced to Patient First Urgent Care and waited over two hours without seeing a doctor. I was losing my patience so a friend recommended PM Pediatric Urgent Care. I called them and the nicest receptionist answered the phone. I explained my situation and she got me right on with a nurse who told me to come in right away. When I arrived, the registered us while my daughter happily watched Paw Patrol on their waiting room TVs. They brought us back quickly and an amazing nurse-doctor duo safely got the very stuck spider safely out of her ear canal and made sure the area was clear and clean. Then my daughter got a sticker and a prize from a treasure chest. She left happy as can be. The service and care was simply outstanding. We’re grateful this spot is in our community!

On the website it shows no appointments needed. Even some reviews on here state the same. But NOT! I called PM Pediatrics and was told I wouldn't need an appointment, just walk in. It was pouring rain and I drove more than 30 mins to get there. The young lady at the front desk was awful. She told me they required appointments and the next one would be at 7pm (which was 3-4hours later). She didn't even care to listen to what I had to say. She said there is a paper outside the door saying appointments only. I don't drive by here every day to look at their door?! That's why I called to make sure before heading there. Very confusing at how they said one thing on the phone and different thing there. Very rude staff.

Professional doctors and open on weekends and late

We couldn’t get an appointment at our pediatrician over 4th of July weekend, so we came here. We were able to make a same day appointment and the office was very efficient. The doctor also spent quite a bit of time with us in the appointment, explaining her rationale for her treatment plan and making sure all our questions were answered.
