stayed here about 7 years.. rent went up every year and the leasing office was always closed along with the people in it being super careless. things are not well kept but they’ll try to be on you about everything.

Lovey quiet area. Tara, the property manager is of absolute most help. She is super friendly and willing to make sure my questions and concerns are always acknowledged. She made the moving process super smooth and easy.

Nightmare. Prisoners have more freedom and flexibility. Snellville's finest (police) are a regular fixture due to all the criminal activity that goes on in that complex. The Units are not properly equipped. The kitchen appliances are very old. The most you get is carpet (cheap) and a slap of paint on the walls prior to moving in the Unit. The interior common area of the building is poorly kept , i e. Trash in the hallway & stairwell. Vagrants sleeping in the building . The grounds are kept up for the "curb appeal" street side and entrance. If you walked behind the building, well that's a different view. Trash and other items litter the ground and the treeline. The Rent is comparable to the extent of what you're getting. There is a rent increase of $50.00 per month at lease renewal time every year without any perks to the Unit. I resided there for 3 yrs. and yes, every bit of this review is fact. Thanks to the COVID 19 relief stimulus, I was able to get out unscathed. Best wishes and best of luck to all. Be safe and be aware of your surroundings. # SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING

You maybe calling when she's out showing an apartment. She's usually good with answering the phones. A few requirements are to not owe any monies to other previously rented properties, have a decent credit score, and no evictions.
I don't think so
Yes they do but if course there's a pet fee. I thinks it's about $275
Depends on the unit you pick. Call for actual prices.
Nope.
Water is included in the rent. To my knowledge, it is all electric except for the water heater and Central heat. At least that's how mine is... Deposit may be around $300. Check their website for the cost of the side apt you need.
Yes they do background checks. My credit score is not the best and I got in... Call the office.
Dont know that my income was twice the rent for a two bed room
Yes. Some of the apartments are dated. Overall, the complex, area, and atmosphere are nice.
