Don’t go to live here. They are soo much partiality to people from other countries. They did not give our security deposit. Soo mean and rude when ask for explanation. They can give you 100 excuses to not return your security deposit. We live their as good renter paying everything on time but we leave this apartment with soo much bad experience about security deposit and rude and mean office staff.

I've lived here for about 5 years now and have never had a bad experience. My apartment is lovely with a large balcony and a beautiful view. The appliances were updated when I moved in. Management is friendly, respectful, responsive and always finding a way to show kindness to the residents. The maintenance team is absolutely top-notch - very timely, knowledgeable, respectful and professional. The grounds and pool are kept in beautiful condition. Finally, the rent is extremely competitive in Lancaster where the rents are much higher for a comparable apartment. This is a great place to live.

Kitchen light burned out on a Friday. Maintenance replaced the light bulb on Monday as it wasn't considered an emergency. Employee arrived, replaced the bulb quickly, and then left. I was glad to have the light working again.

Many of our apartments offer vinyl-planking (wood look) flooring in the kitchen and dining room area, and some offer this flooring style throughout the apartment.
