Don’t move here. And if you do stay away from apartment 146. The entire 5 years that I lived here we had a leak in the bathroom ceiling and bedroom windows and HVAC unit. Maintenance put a bandaid fix on everything and basically told us the HVAC leak was never going to get fixed, there’s foundational issues that would need to be Jack hammered into in order to correct. So we would just have to call maintenance to drain our HVAC pipe every two weeks. This was annoying and frustrating. Especially during this year they didn’t have maintenance for months, I’m not sure if they ever hired any because I’ve moved since. This property has changed management 4 or 5 times in two years. The office manager is nice but she doesn’t have the answers or resources to fix the problems put in her lap.

DO NOT APPLY HERE!!! I paid $200 application fee online. No response for days, called the office 60+ times in the past 3 weeks, only one time somebody picked up the phone and said their website information is wrong, they don't have any available unit. They said they'll return the application fee but nothing happened since. I called their company headquarter (Dasmen residential) located in NJ, nothing. Emailed their Alabama/Georgia regional manager, no response.

Don’t move here. I wish I could break my lease without penalty. The property manager is so bad. She always have excuses for why she never doing her job. She doesn’t pick up the phone . And the reason the last maintenance crew stopped working here was because the property manager is NEVER PRESENT. The app doesn’t work and She picks and chooses when she does her job so you have to get lucky and catch her in the office. On the rare occasion she does pick up the phone or show her face get everything you need out the way then because you won’t see her for another month . Can’t call Dasmen Residential who manages the property either why? Because they don’t pick up their phones either. They don’t respond to emails.but they’ll respond to this review telling me to email them even though they never responded to the other emails I sent WEEKS AGO. Don’t move here , it’s not worth it.
