Got my Subaru here, and opted in for dent and scratch repairs. Even though they couldn't fix the damage (it was too much of a scratch - my fault) they were so kind and helpful in getting me to the body shop to get an estimate, and very apologetic that they couldn't fix it. When I originally bought my car, the staff was just as friendly, and I'm glad I chose to come here. The only downside is that the parking is tight, but that's expected close to a city.

We recently had a very positive experience with Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg. During a trip to Hershey Park we lost the key to our 2019 Subaru Ascent on one of the roller coasters. While we were waiting to find out if Hershey Park could find our lost key, we contacted Faulkner Subaru to find out what our options were. Jaimie and Kate from the service department and Frank from the parts department were incredibly helpful and reassuring that they could take care of us should the worst case scenario arise that our key could not be found. They worked together with our home dealership of Stocker Subaru in State College to ensure that our key fob replacement would be covered by our service plan, and even contacted us the next day to follow-up with us. Thankfully, everything worked out in the end with Hershey Park staff finding our lost key, but the incredible staff at Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg certainly helped make the the whole experience less stressful with their dedication and excellent customer service. Our positive experience with Faulkner Subaru Harrisburg is just one small part of what is going to keep us part of the Subaru family for life.
