Could not get through by phone to speak to a service advisor for an update on my car repairs. I was sent a text message to reply to if I had any questions, no answer from there either. Stopped in almost 2 weeks later to get an update. I was told that it was in the shop and would be done that afternoon. I waited patiently for a call to pick up my car, and never got a call. Sent another text message and yet again, no response. Attempted 3 times to call yesterday for an update, no answer. Finally the 4th te of calling, I asked for the service manager. Johnathan was very helpful, he put me on hold to get me an update, only to find out that my car was done 2 days prior and never got a call or message from anyone. Those SA's could use a lesson in CS.

What can I say :)? This was definitely the best car buying experience that I've ever had. Josh and his crew took care of me from the moment I walked in until I drove off the lot. There were some issues with another dealer and some other minor issues however, Josh took the extra time to make sure all matters were handled. THANKS GUYS -J

My experiece with Mike Merritt was exceptional. He followed up, negotiated a fair price and the organization isn't gouging customers with market adjustment pricing. The overall experience is one that will cause me to come back again for another vehicle.

Big thank you to this dealership for having Chargepoint DCFC installed and available to the public even when dealer is closed. A real saviour in this area lacking in EV charger

We had to pay our self, not under warranty. The shop opened it but didn’t show us how they did it. It cost about $100. Part and labor. If u take it to the dealer it will cost double

Will you be selling and servicing the Kona EV?
