The wait to check in took nearly two hours and was excessively hot. Room was okay - I paid extra on check in for an updated room so I could have a coffeemaker and fridge. The hours for the pool were not clearly posted anywhere, I was very disappointed on my last day of my trip when it was closed. Restaurants are also only open on certain days and the location is farther away from everything than you think. Only thing I'll say was good is they had some really lovely staff, I was there for a work conference for several days and the people working at the Starbucks and the diner style cafe recognized me each day after my second day and were great.

The worst experience I've ever had in Vegas, and I lived here during the pandemic. Please do not stay here unless you have no other options. I was locked out of my room and put in a non-moving line for over an hour– with some other poor people who had been waiting over 6 hours with no answers. The people at the front desk are super rude, a really upsetting experience. And I am not a rude person! Additionally– the room had clearly not been remodeled or deep-cleaned in forever. Straight nasty for $800. There are better hotels in better locations on the Strip. Edit: there are multiple reports of people having their cars stolen in broad daylight from the parking garage today. TL;DR: - The most delayed service I've ever experienced or witnessed. - I was locked out of my room with no explanation (no, my key card was not near my phone). - There were people waiting over 6 hours to check into their rooms. - This hotel is a budget option and yet, still too expensive for what it is. Their #1 selling point is their observation tower (which is $10 a pop for some reason) since they're not located centrally to the Strip– please don't buy into it. Go anywhere else.

Check in was good. Man at desk was super nice and upgraded my room.fast check in. Room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Casino was good. won some money during the stay. Service from waitresses was not good. It was affordable and room was super clean. Good view of the strip! Def recommend!

Absolutely amazing every single time we come!!! We are treated wonderfully, and never want our stay to end! Our host Amber is amazing, and the rest of the staff seemed fantastic as well. Our suite is gorgeous, spacious, and spotless. The restaurants never disappoint, it's never overly crowded, but still lively. The cocktail waitresses never made us wait, and our drivers were absolutely fantastic!! Too much to list, but 100% our happy place!

Elation pool yes, radius is adults only.
As other's suggested, shuttle or lyft. Or if you'd like a nice slow rode with a view of the Westgate and other scenerey not on Las Vegas Boulevard, take the 108. It takes you right to the corner or Main & Las Vegas where the Stratosphere will be and will only cost you two bucks.
To just jump off the building is free. $199.00 to get pulled back up
No. Rates change depending on season and weekends.
Go up to the Sky Lounge, 4pm -7pm is my favorite time! Seems to be happy hour and it's a great view 😉
Simply because of the tower, as if you're heading into the stratosphere. And for all ill informed people, the stratosphere is near the ozone layer
