Do any of the seafood dishes contain ingredients from chicken, beef or pork. Asking due to dietary restrictions. Update: fine with dairy and eggs. No way I'm eating seafood without butter.

If this list includes milk then most likely. Deep fried stuff like clam strips are most likely dipped in buttermilk then flour before it was fried.
