Horrible customer service- you call they just put the phone down for 20 mins- call back and it’s the same thing. I order the same thing and depending on who’s working there it’s different prices- and the delivery driver shorted me When delivering my food. NOT TO MENTION THE PIECE OF PLASTIC AND HAIR FOUND IN OUR FOOD- we will NEVER ORDER FROM THERE AGain!!

The driver didn’t give me the right change he shorted me $10.00 then when I call and speak to the owner he says oh well he don’t remember so the next time you order you can take 5 dollars off- I was confused- I asked for my money back and he had such a nasty attitude and told me if I can catch him in the morning he would give me my ten dollars back! I had work so I couldn’t go but I went after work and they said they told me to come in the am and obviously I was lying! 😳 so rude and hurtful

Worse experience ever would NEVER go back the staff including especially Eddie the owner was rude and dismissive the pizza is eh Modern in New Haven however does not only have the best pizza but amazing customer service

Such a friendly and nice place to grab a pizza or some calzones. Their crust is delicious, salty and crunchy but not burnt. I do like some char don't get me wrong but Paul and Eddy's is making a seriously tasty dough over there char or not. My kids like the pizza a lot but the calzones are where it's at for me.
