Impeccable service and outstanding communication. I had hit a pot hole and needed a new tire just a few days before I had to drive to West Virginia. I had to special order a specific tire size. They updated me every day or so on the tires whereabouts - that communication was top of the line. Then, after putting on the new tire, they inspected the others. it turned out that another tire needed to replaced due to damage and the high chance of risk that can occur on a long drive like I was taking. Kelly really helped me out. He worked with me and exhausted every possible option he could think of and I’m happy to say I’ll be on the road to West Virginia only a few hours behind! Thank you! This is exactly why I am and will continue to be a returning customer!

I have been bringing my vehicles here for a few years now and they've always been great to work with. However, this last set of tires I purchased, Continentals, were junk, over a year old and once we realized one was out of round they told me to come in and we will get them swapped immediately. When I got there in the morning they changed their minds and made me an appointment for late afternoon. So I can either sit there for 5-6 hours or drive all the way home and come back. I don't live near there but I cant sit here for 5-6 hours, I have to work. If this is how you want to be treated, this is your shop. If you are ok with lying salespeople, this is your shop.

Kelly took care of me!! Drove girlfriend's car in, he found her warranty and they did the repair for free. Didn't even realize she used Discount Tire to buy her tires. Fantastic customer service.
