It has taken years to figure out what was going on. He did it within a couple visits. Feeling so much better.

I seen dr hussein for 4 years now but after speaking with my therapist decided that i should move on and find a different doctor. The clinic went downhill since stephanie is no longer working there, the staff cannot get my prescriptions through and half of them you cant understand (sorry but its true). Dr hussein was always a hit or miss sometimes i felt welcomed and enjoyed my visit, lately i felt like a botox number and that hes stopped trying or caring. There is more to this but i do not wish to badmouth only giving partial opinion. I moved so i found a new headache dr closer to me at the neuroscience institute in dayton and the doctor has put me on a different regime and is really helping me. If dr hussein works for you, great, if not there is nothing wrong with getting a second opinion. Thanks dr hussein for the help that you did give, but unfortunately your staff other than jamie has become incompetent and at 1 point took a month and 9 times contacting to get a prescription through, and thats just unacceptable.

If I could give 0 I would this has to be the absolute worst and unprofessional facility I have ever been too and I am an ohiohealth employee. I have been waiting for my MRI ref for a week now they sent it to proscan which is out of network for my insurance then they wanted to send it to the Cleveland clinic which is a 3 hour drive why would I drive 3 hours when there are plenty around Columbus. Everytime I call they put me on hold and keep picking up and putting me back on hold very bad customer service. The dr his self does not even do an exam he just sits at his computer and types the whole time I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY TO NO ONE

I started a new medicine this month called Aimovig... it's a once monthly self administering shot by rx only that Dr Hussein started me on. So far it's done an amazing job on my cluster headaches. Bringing my headaches from 4-6 per week, down to 1-2!!!The drug manufacturer offers a low cost copay program if you receive Medicare, or Medicaid if your plan doesn't cover as it's very pricey!!!
