Waited 2 months to get an appointment with Dr. Fortenberry. I showed up 7 minutes late due to traffic and was told that I had to reschedule. Next available appt is 1.5 months later. The many times I’ve waited for over an hour to be seen by this doctor and absolutely no grace given for me being a few minutes late.

I was with this practice for over 7 years and know since my old dr left and got dr barker the office staff have been horrible customer service to try to uptain my records.

It took a couple months to get an appointment here but well worth it so far. The staff is nice & friendly every visit. Dr. Amara Uzoma is nice & wonderful so far. I have a complicated pregnancy & she listens to my concerns unlike the male Doctor at the other clinic I was previously visiting. Great environment overall.

I wish I could give a higher rating because Dr. Barker and her staff are great, but I've had way too many issues getting a hold of their office. Maybe 1/50 of my phone calls actually get answered and there's no point in leaving a message because they won't get back to you. I've been completely out of medication and it took a week or more for me to get that situated with them.

I have cooks childrens medicaid for pregnant women and they accept that!
My initial visit took a couple weeks to get scheduled, but after that I have been seen on a very regular and consistent basis with no issues! They are great!!
