Cancelled my appointment 20 minutes before it started because of “internet issues” can’t reschedule for 12 days and can’t give me a time on when/if I’d be able to be seen today. If you have a condition that actually requires management, this is not the place to go. What a circus.

The appointment was supposed to be virtual and i was given no link to attend the meeting? Called about 10 times no response. Will be reporting them :) when you go to their address they don't even have an office here by this name! Warning to people who are thinking about coming here.

No follow up to check on patient, no return calls, no return emails. No way of getting a hold of anyone because they are not taking phone calls nor can you leave a voicemail. Can not get an appointment. Are they even still in business????

Questions & Answers

Need to get my prescription called in to a different Walgreen’s. It’s been over a month since I’ve had my medication.

Mary, Our office has documented evidence of your prescriptions being sent to your preferred pharmacy, and the pharmacy reports the medications were picked up less than 30 days from the date of this statement. Our office also has emails from you that reads you picked up your medications less than 30 days ago. In some cases certain medications require a 30 day wait to be filled depending on the type of medication and the payor source as well. We encourage all clients to take medications as directed. Thank you

Is it normal for other psychiatrist offices in the DFW to treat their patient with disrespect? Is it normal to be made to feel less than as a patient desperately in need of medical attention?

Brian, You are currently not a client at this office and there is not record of you ever being a client, however, we urge you to seek treatment at an urgent care center or hospital for emergency medical attention. Thank you
