I’ve used them for the past 9 to 10 years. HOWEVER, the quality of service has dramatically changed over the past few months… for the worse! I’m not sure if there is new management (meaning new employees), but the dry cleaning work in particular is abysmal. Almost, if not every time lately, I’ve had to take something back for a do over. The fact that they would even bag up your clothes and hand them to you as if all is well, KNOWING there are issues (that they created), in PLAIN SIGHT is insulting! I’ve been loyal to this cleaners for the past 10 years, but it’s (past) time to move on.

Great prices great service
Be careful when you go there for alteration. They overpriced you and want you to pay for a price you never agreed on. I still have my dress with them which the lady who performed the alteration charged $4 to do it then the so called manager turned around and said $6. Initially the lady said she was going to do it at no charges because I've been giving them my business for a quiet bit and never disputed any charges. Make sure you agree on the price before you leave. Rude and unprofessional staff.
