No only state parks you need one not at city parks

Is there a place to park overnight? I understand the park is closed from midnight to six but was wondering if rv overnight was available to get some rest and come up with a more permanent plan.

No they close at dark but you can park overnight at Walmart. Most Walmart stores allow RVs, van-dwellers, and car campers to sleep in their parking lot overnight.
