The people at Urbana Place are exceptional in caring for the residences. I had the greatest sense of not having to worry about the care they gave to my mother. Even when this Covid thing shut visitation down of personal visitation I was able to see how she was through glass. The personal make the place not the building. The building public places and private were always kept clean even before Covid sanitized started. I would recommend Urbana Place to anyone who has to leave the care of their loved ones in someone’s else’s hands.

Words can’t express my gratitude to Urbana Place. My mom lived there till she passed away yesterday. The compassionate loving care she received was overwhelming. Beautiful inside and all the staff are excellent. Thank you on behalf of my mother Doris.

Urbana Place is an amazing assisted living community that provides five star service. The staff and residents are simply amazing. Clean, neat, and organized facility. Residents are happy and plenty of activities to do daily. Highly recommend.
