Nice and clean apartment layout. There could be more parking for guests in my opinion but other than that it's a lovely little gated community type complex.

I moved in March 2021 and I had to move out in September for personal issues. What I can say they treated us super good. And the best thing the manager she was so nice to us that she even refund us the deposit. We had to leave before our lease ended. No every place does this things when people leave before the lease ends. But anyway we also gave them 60 days notice. Everything was fine the Apt was in very good conditions 2 bed to bath for a reasonably rent price since it’s Long Island NY.

The apartments are fairly priced and the staff has always been helpful. Rosina is always a doll to deal with and we have been here for over 3 years. Obviously nothing is perfect but when service is needed it gets taken care of. I am not sure as to what these negative reviews are talking about but comming from a seasoned Google reviewer trust me this is a nice place with no nonsence to live. It's set back from all the madness and the people that live here are very nice.

We moved in in October and so far we are very Happy here … The property manager and staff have been nothing but friendly and helpful , we had issues with our water not getting hot and they came right over and fixed it … The clubhouse is beautiful and there are two small dog parks , there is a community feeling here . . We moved here from a Fairfield were we were treated very poorly by a property manager that never stepped foot in our complex … We hope to live here many more years.
