I'm looking to move in to my own place soon and I need either a CR/SRO and a free smoking unit with my own studio apartment. I recently got accepted for an intake from SPOA but it wasn't the right fit. Now this sounds like it might be because I have complex disabilities like memory/processing disorder, neurological disorder and absence seizures.

I have been living here for 4 years, maintaining always take there time fixing things. You have to call the office 4 times or more to get the job done. If you have kids this is not the apartment complex for you. Nothing for the kids to do, so we always buy our own toys and pools for the kids and now all of a sudden we are no longer allowed to do that because everything is a liability. So becareful when you're looking to move into here.

Cute clean and organized place. I've just visited the place didn't actually live here but from my view it was very nice.

The complex is for disabled and or low income only. Mainly for disabled people. I live here and am disabled. My 1 bedroom is $1,507.00 per month but i have a government subsidy that pays 2/3 of the rent plus helps with utilities. So if you're disabled or qualify as a low income candidate you should apply. This place is brand new and is gorgeous ! I love living here !
Maybe 2 yrs My Son waited but not sure how long
No, all can apply, but must meet the qualifications
They are for rent. 1 - 2 - 3. Bed rooms.
GM. I don't know if it is based on income but they do accept government programs. There is a waiting list though. Your best bet is to call them. There is a non refundable application fee
Yes. It's low housing affordability.
Come here and apply . The building is bigger than the other ones and is on a corner. Its also shaped different than the others.
1st you have to be either disabled, a disabled veteran or have very low income. Concern for Independent living owns the complex. You would need to contact them. You can look them up on internet and it explains everything about the requirements to live at one of their locations.
