It's a very quaint library; cool staff, pleasant environment, a few computers available, and, of course, plenty of books. There are also tables and chairs available if you need them. All in all, it's a great environment for studying or to forget about the world for a little bit.

Are you a part of the Tuscarawas System, or would I have to sign up to join?

No, Claymont is not part of the Tuscarawas county library system. They have 4 branches, Bolivar, Strasburg, Sugarcreek, and Tuscarawas. They may allow you to use your card from those branches, but if not it takes 2 minutes for them to get a card through them.
