Jacob Dietz was the first person in over 10 years to actually make my back pain feel better. I am beyond grateful. Highly recommend

The team at Fitness Matters is amazing. I can't say enough positive things about specifically my physical therapist, Anne Guist. When I started physical therapy I was in pain 24/7 and I was beyond frustrated, defeated, and becoming hopeless that I could be better. Anne dedicated so much time and thought into helping me develop a program and modify it as I got stronger and more confident, and now I live most days pain-free! When I do have pain, I have a wealth of knowledge and resources that Anne developed for me to correct the pain and continue growing stronger again. Thank you to everyone on the team at Fitness Matters for your help on my long journey!

After four pregnancies (with huge babies), I kind of assumed that I would always pee my pants when jumping, sneezing, or doing physical activity. Don’t be like me, and get help as soon as you get cleared by your OB. I saw Anna at the Westerville location. She helped me quickly helped identify some very simple breathing techniques to help me better engage my pelvic muscles- I saw progress after just one visit, and am completely “cured” in just a few months! In addition to eliminating the embarrassing leaking that seemed to just go along with being a mom, my rib cage has shrunk (my bra size went WAY down) by changing how I breath, and my performance at the CrossFit gym has dramatically improved because I’m using much more robust stabilization strategies. Whether you just had a baby or are a not-as-athletic-as-you-used-to-be person- I really believe that Anna will help you move better and live better (and not pee your pants while doing it!)

Typically no. Ohio is a ‘Direct Access’ state. Where a physician referral is not necessary for you to be seen. However, some health insurance plans do require a physicans referral for therapy to be covered.
On your first visit - you will have the opportunity to discuss your plan of care with your therapist. The therapist will estimate the number of visits you will need.
We participate in the majority of the insurance plans, including Medicare and Worker’s Compensation.
