Dr. Dial has been my primary care doctor since April. Since then, he has helped me treat my high blood pressure, referred me to an excellent dermatologist, and helped me finally treat migraines that I’ve suffered from over the last ten years. Dr. Dial is an attentive listener and takes time to address all of my problems thoroughly. I have severe anxiety and his bedside manner is the best of any doctor that I have ever had. I strongly recommend him.

I needed an annual physical late last year and I selected Dr Dial with acceptance of him being a new physician. During my visit, he reviewed years of my medical history and asked many questions. The time seemed longer than necessary. For a cholesterol medicine he prescribed, I could not get it filled for at least 6 weeks because he did not respond to insurance request for his justification to use this expensive medication while pharmacy and myself had contacted his office repeatedly and asked him to act. My lab tests showed a very high cholesterol level but he was willing to put my life at risk by holding the prescription. In billing, lab tests and vaccination were covered under preventive care, but he did not bill preventive care for his time and my out-of-pocket deductible had to pay. Obviously, he charged me more than preventive care would pay him. I called insurance and was told that the doctor should change the billing from routine visit to preventive care. I contacted the billing office and his nurse about the issue several times and later disputed the charge. I also told them I would pay the extra amount if insurance paid him less. However, he has not changed the billing and later sent the bill to collection. I will not see this doctor again!
