After waiting six weeks due to receiving ordered parts that arrived broken, the Sears Rep finally showed up today. Our excitement was short-lived, as the service rep explained our washer is unfixable. Before he arrived our washer was working poorly, but it was working. Now, it does not. Please see the pictures; the service rep left our washer in pieces. He did not have the common sense to return it to us; in the same manner, he found it. I have to wait 48 hours to receive a refund for parts; they will keep the original $109 for the diagnose, and completely broke my washer. To make matters worse, it is impossible to connect with a real person, as you only have the option to speak with the automated service. I don't recommend anyone use Sears, save yourself the aggravation.

They are thieves. Stay away from this service. They cheat senior citizens out of money and lie when they diagnose your appliances.

They came 45 minutes late to charge us $150 diagnostic fee. They gave us a quote of $1200+ to replace all kind of parts. I got a second opinion elsewhere and for $250 my refrigerator was repaired.
