The remodeled hotel rooms are surprisingly modern and well maintained.The rentable trailers are high quality, with television and air conditioning. It is a great place to stay in Ocotillo. The desert isn't a place where you would want to live permanently. Long-term rentals are not supportive of circumstances becoming "life improving". You wouldn't want to live here unless you have no other options. However, for a desert weekend in this area, it is a great place for visitors to keep cool,shower,and sleep luxuriously as you can while camping. (Glamping)
