The salesman (Luke) is quite literally insane. I tried to return a used office chair after only 3 days of owning it because it had a lot of issues (mechanical, comfort, squeaking). The receipt from the store said returns are allowed and Luke told me when I bought it that I could return it in the first week. However, about 30 seconds after I rolled it into the store during the return, he forcefully grabbed it and rolled it out onto the sidewalk and literally (yes very literally) YELLED at the top of his lungs to "GO!! GET OUT!!". I had not raised my voice once was polite and respectful the entire time, and I just wanted to return that chair and see what else they had. After I quickly got out, he yelled again, "GO!!" and then slammed the store door. I feared for my safety that he could confront me again and jogged to my car and drove the heck out of there the moment he went maniacal. This guy needs professional help and I wouldn't recommend this store if hes still working there (or at all if hes the owner)

As soon as I walked in with my dad I asked if this was a used or new furniture store. The man there said both. Yellow tags are used green are new. I seen a desk I wanted and asked the price since I couldn't find the tag. The guy swears at me and says I guess I guess it's not for sale. Given the attitude I tell my dad we are leaving. The guy followed me to the door saying he isn't f'n playing games about tags. I was in the store less than 2 minutes. He is unstable never stopping there again.
