The staff there r extremely friendly and make the kids feel comfortable. My daughter was nervous about getting her dental work done and they walked through and told her what was going to happen and what she was going to hear as they were doing it.

The staff was nice but if your appointment is at 3pm as my daughter's was be prepared to be there for an hour or more to get seen. It seems like they make 7 people appointments for the same time.

Dr. Eric Woods referred my child out for a root canal on a tooth that was fixed from this office a year ago,,, so after calling ten dentist offices no one had an endodontist available or she would be scheduled out to the next year… I ended up scheduling with Summit Dentistry and come to find out she doesn’t need a root canal because the nerves are still living so $1600 I had to spend out of my pocket for something she didn’t need… Safe to say I will never take my child back to small smiles ever again not for a cleaning or anything… This dentist office is full of lazy uneducated and Incompetent dentist and dental assistants…. He never even explained to me why my child needed a root canal,, he’s very ignorant and shouldn’t be working as a dentist at all!!!! I give 0 stars you only get 1 so I can post this review!
