Front desk lazy girl need to find another job or they need to hire someone active. 2+ hours just to answer the phone. U guys are not that busy. This is redicilous.

I love all of the doctors but the girls at the front desk never answer. No one should be on hold for an hour+ to get an appointment. It's not the doctors, it's the lazy women up front.

Went for 4 months and 6 months shots . They are good but it takes long time for them to give the shot to the baby. Waiting for too long baby was getting hungry too. Staff should consider more about infants and give the shot quickly.
