J & M were awesome trail wranglers/guides. They really know each of the horses and the horses are treated really well. The instruction before the ride was the best I've ever been given on any trail ride. I feel like for the first time I know how to really handle the reins. Awesome views!

Lauren was an amazing guide and I was so impressed by her skill and knowledge of her horses. I had a great time listening to her talk about her experience competing and training horses. She was also very funny and warm! I rode when I was younger, so I was comfortable on a horse, but this is not flat terrain as a word of caution. It is still totally doable for a novice rider, but its not hand-led walk around a field or corral, which makes it so much more fun! We did the sunset tour and went up and down the side of the nearby slope, having great views of the landscape along the way. Lauren was great about instructing riders to lean front/back, sit properly, and direct their horses, etc. Wear comfortable shoes with a slight heel and/or comfortable pants, especially for longer rides. Remember horses attract bugs!
