Hilltop has been a great place to live. I’ve been here for 2 years now and I love it. Pet friendly, in-unit laundry, updated units inside and out. They also bring food trucks and have summer parties by the pool! I really enjoy living here and meeting others in the community.

Hilltop is the best apartment complex we've ever lived in. It's in a great location and our apartment is nice and spacious. We also love the friendly staff team who plan fun events each month. We are very pleased to have chosen Hilltop as our home when we moved to Cincinnati.

I have lived here for 4 years and overall I have had a really positive experience! The office and maintenance staff is friendly and helpful. They got to all of my maintenance requests quickly. Good price for the convenient location and awesome view! I never had any issues with the steep hill being unplowed in the snow. My only complaint was that they weren't very good about clearing paths and salting stairways when it snowed/got icy. I noticed often that the path going up the hill was often uncleared, and kids had to walk the steep path in the snow. I also disliked that they don't have garbage disposals (although I'm unsure how standard those are or aren't in the Cincinnati area).

We are so happy living at Hilltop Apartments! Extremely kind and helpful staff, beautiful apartments, and a great location. One of our favorite things about Hilltop is the dog park that is only a minute's walk away from our apartment. It has helped us to connect with others in the Hilltop community and has given our dog many friends to play with!
