I really have nothing but good things to say about my experiance living here so far. it's been about a year and a couple months. I"ve found the staff very helpful when it was needed and more than willing to work with me when things came up. I've had a few minor problems with a couple things but they have all been repaired and it was done quick and clean.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. This is what $890 will get you. I have so many more pictures I could share but I'll just leave these here. The roaches are terrible. I am not a dirty person. This isn't from leaving out food or trash.. there's genuinely a serious problem here. I practically begged for 2 and a half months for the property manager to get someone to treat my apartment. I literally emailed her over 10 times. I've lived here for 4 months and they've been here 2 times and that was in the first month of me being here. They also only treated the kitchen when I told them every room needed to be treated. Im now in the process of moving (after I got them to let me out of my lease because this is not livable) and I'm finding babies in everything and Im practically throwing away my whole apartment. It's depressing and just really unfortunate. And when I asked the property manager why she never got anyone to come she pretty much laughed in my face. Save yourself the trouble.

Hi, I just wanted to say "thankyou" to all 3 electricians, Chris, Brian, and Brett for the excellent job they did to help restore my electricity. They were all so kind and considerate. Brian and Bret assisted with inspecting the wires in the sockets as well as Chris and Chris did such an excellent job with putting in new electric wires in the bathroom area. Thank you Brian for the use of your orange electric cord so that my refrigerator would still run and keep my food cold until the other electrical outlet could be repaired. Thank you to Chris, Hannah, and Missy for being supportive and having my repairs done in a timely manner.

I moved into Red Bank when I was 18. Being my first apartment as a young adult, it is a GREAT option. So close to everything, it is absolutely beautiful here and so quiet. Maintenance team is phenomenal and quick. The grounds are very well maintained. Fath Properties took such great care of us we are upgrading to a sister property. Hard to find a good apartment in this area at such a good price. I love it here.
