We had been there for 11 days. The staff was super friendly at first. Then the first issue that came up on the 10th day which was water leaking from the bathroom in the room above us, the maintenance man couldn't figure out why whether it was the people above us leaving the shower curtain out of the tub or what, so instead of moving that person or fixing the issue the next morning water came pouring from the ceiling when we informed the front desk they said there was nothing they could do and even tho we had a reservation to continue to stay that they were booked and they was going to have to make our room out of service even tho the room above was the one with the issue, that if we wanted they could still accommodate us for the next reservation but that we would have to get all of our stuff out and come back at 3. Very bad customer service to say the least, made it seem like all the friendliness in the beginning of our stay was fake. Would not recommend to any one. What a terrible way to treat people and deal with an issue that was a easy fix if they would have known what they were doing. Now they are taking money out of our account. And saying we benefitted from it with no explanation. Worst hotel chain ever.

Positive: The company I was with made this room tolerable. If not for the laughter at how truly bad this room was, we¿d have been miserable. Negative: Filthy floor. Empty bottle of whiskey in the cabinet & an empty tissue box. Towels were threadbare. Zero soap of any kind (hand soap). Hardest mattress ever. Peeling paint in the kitchen & bathroom. Stained flat sheet. Dirty washcloth under bathroom sink.

What I want to say and make abundantly clear is that in my decades of service related professional experiences I am pressed to recall encountering an employee who seemed personally invested in customer satisfaction as was the impression given by the clerk on duty yesterday, (Sat., May 7,2022), afternoon. Even though I was unable to fulfill my reservation for various reasons she made sure that I left with arrangements that met my needs that I was indeed a satisfied customer. Should my circumstances change on the future this location will be my first consideration. Kudos to that young lady for a job well done.

A family member stayed here, to recuperate from a surgery. Question?? Why do we take the time to make a reservation with special requests, only to be offered what is available 🤔 My family had to be moved to a different room twice due to one room bed linen and tub not being clean. In the second room there was no hot water. I'm concerned why the rooms aren't completely checked out to make sure they're rentable b4 releasing them to be rented? Management Issue......
