Lived here a month, and this place is GREAT. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, Jeremy and Pam are awesome, they both helped with a very complicated and unconventional move-in and made it easy for me. Tennants are nice, place is quiet, safe atmosphere. Highly recommended.

To be honest everyone has been great EXCEPT for one Mgr! Jeremy is an angel who always goes above and beyond. Only reason i’m moving now is I need a garage… I was told 2yrs ago when i signed lease that a garage would be built soon.

Couldn't recommend Duveneck enough. I've lived here for a year and a half and it's been the best apartment complex experience I've ever had. Building is well constructed so you rarely if ever hear neighbors. Outdoor space is great and well maintained. Amanda was a great property manager and when TJ took over it never skipped a beat. Walking distance from a lot of great restaurants, bars, and shops or a very short drive over to downtown Cincinnati.
