Renter beware: This is considered “livable” by Towne Properties (no flooring, 15+ industrial sized VERY LOUD fans, 85+ degree temperatures .. in a pandemic & polar vortex). When the building flooded, Towne did not put us in a hotel, did not put us in an AVAILABLE unit, did not prorate rent and would not let us out of our lease. In fact, our land lord said if we couldn’t live with the heat, sounds, and dust / debris kicked up (by the fans) without flooring, etc TO GO TO THE RED CROSS (while paying $2K / mo in rent) bc Towne considered all of the above livable. Apartment without floors for the greater part of a month. No proactive apartment status or construction communication so we’d scramble for Airbnb’s last minute week to week not knowing the completion status of apartment. Lastly, Personal belongings were ruined d/t Towne mitigation (& not flood water, so insurance wouldn’t cover). Towne said no way Jose to replacing what they destroyed. I have been renting for > 15 years (gotta include college rentals) & this was the worst and most stressful rental experience I’ve ever had.

Wanted to give a shout out to Jessica and Candido for the beautiful outdoor deck this summer at Roebling Row. They put up patriotic bunting for the holidays and repotted the big planters with beautiful flowers - have even seen hummingbirds flitting about! Kudos to them on a job well done!!!

I have never lived in a more perfect complex before! The location is more than ideal - there are so many restaurants and bars within walking distance. I also walk across the Roebling Bridge to get to the Banks and Great American Ballpark. You're also close to Newport, 71 and 75! So my commute to work in west Cincy couldn't be better. The service is outstanding and Jessica is so helpful if you ever have questions. I feel like I am in the city without the hassle of downtown traffic; it feels like a peaceful neighborhood and you're right by the river. All my friends visited me and gushed over my apartment and the location - it was perfect for entertaining. I definitely recommend checking out Roebling Row!

Three years ago, my wife and I decided to trade in our suburban lives and move to the city. We hadn't planned to become renters, but decided to give Roebling Row a try. Although smaller than our previous homes, our apartment has plenty of space for everything we need! One of the best parts about the property is having someone else deal with the landscaping, painting, appliance upgrades/repairs, etc.. We looked into living downtown, but are thrilled to have chosen Covington! Our apartment resides on a quiet, tree-lined street surrounded by the sounds of nature in one of Covington's historic districts. We can easily walk to sporting events, gourmet restaurants and craft cocktail bars, even a local farmers' market! I seriously think is the best location in the Greater Cincinnati area. We LOVE it!
