I have been a resident here almost 5 years an we have really went through some ups an downs with the management situation some of the most rudest disrespectful WOMEN I have ever meet in my life but I must admit Janea an miss Mildred are amazing an very easy to communicate with,I have been in Covington mostly all my life,I appreciate my home it's a blessing an a beautiful area dispute the past crimes on the outside of the complex,we do our best to try an keep it as clean an safe as possible,it can be hard sometimes keeping it clean when people who are not residents walk through an trash the place we should of had gates surrounding the place lol,but for the most part I love were I live

It was really nice at first. I was happy to think I'd be moving into a unit. Mildred personally helped us at another property and after discovering we made too much for her other property, we were suggested to come here. As lovely as it sounds... I was let down. We picked a unit (mind you its the same price as a unit with a full size washer and dryer and huge tub we were shown, then what we were offered was the same price, with half the things provided in the other unit.) Everything was going well even despite this. We picked our unit and had shared some laughs at the office. After many quizzical questions on their end, they discovered we carried Marijuana cards. This is literally the only thing I can think that would make them.turn us away. I called them multiple times an was ignored after being led to believe I'd have the unit, its like the second they got my application fee, they went ghost. So when we did finally reach them, we were told we made roo much for the income based, and these are 930 apartments monthly, so we decided to call it off an asked for further assistance with income based housing. Ignored. What is insane is this woman worked tirelessly to get my mother in a unit, and now here my wife are, halfway to homeless anyway, getting ripped off for application fees. Thank you dear Mildred, for completely wasting our time and money.
