I worked with Symbio when I had running-related injuries and tweaks. They helped me identify and deal with the immediate issue as well as provide me with training and education on how to prevent injuries in the future. This included foot-related issues that stemmed from hip mobility to a really painful calf muscle strain. All the staff were knowledgeable, super helpful, friendly, and really actively worked with me to recovery from sports-related tweaks and injuries and teach me how to prevent them in the future.

I recently took a free session with Mona Tsutsui at Gibney Dance Center and would highly recommend this for all who want to take care of their bodies. Mona was very attentive to my concerns and paid close attention to my bodies flexibility. She provided me with wonderful flexibility and strengthening exercises that all pertained to my concerns, training, and life style.
