This is a beautiful campground with not a lot of artificial light. If you are looking for some stary nights this is awesome!

We love this campground it is so peaceful here. It is great that there is a dump station with water. There is a very nice park in the campground. There are a lot of paved walking and bike trails as well as unpaved through the woods.

Great place for quality family time. Bring the water toys, bicycles, and your hiking boots, this place has it all. Itasca Sports has everything to rent if you don't have it. Restrooms are clean with great showers.

Gorgeous campground, proabbaly the best one in Itasca state park, we started at another one last year. However the bugs are quite awful at this one since it’s close to the water, so be prepared! And by bugs, I mean horse flies :(

Thanks Mike,! Do you know any nice secluded places on the water that even a novice can catch some nice fish?

All along the campground the water is thick with weeds. Most likely need a boat to get out far enough. We tried dock by the lodge end of the lake. Not good. Maybe bad moment midday in the heat. Another small lake to the northwest of Itasca had really good fishing.
