This is a auction place my fience got in to a wreak his truck got sent here he had a option to buy it back and fix it him self or take a check from State farm he chose to not buy it back and get the check because of the damage but forgot a few items in his vehicle so he called IAAI first to inform them that he forgot some items in the vehicle and they gave him a number and I went up there and told them I was here to pick up his items and gave them the number and had to sign some papers saying that their not responsible if I get hurt on their property and was able to get what I needed out of his vehicle they use a forklift to bring your vehicle to the front where I had no issues for what I went their for

First off the lady at the desk told me I could not get my subwoofer out then go to get my personal belongings and they were not in there. Then she lied to me and said they didn't take out my stuff then the manager came and told me that they had a clean up spot so she lied and he let me take my speaker

Went and picked up an 07 PT Cruiser from IAA and Baton Rouge had to weight 25 minutes absolutely no people there to get loaded drops my PT Cruiser off the back of the forklift the back wheels touch the ground an the front we're still on the forks the absolute worst loading of vehicles I've ever been to In My Life The Man come around with a fork stuck out the side of the car and absolutely dang near drop the car again at my trailer and broke my hubcap at the same time very very very disappointed in IAA at Baton Rouge better do something with your operators of the forklift I will not go back to Baton Rouge
