i am a dealer in SA and i received a bill for $10.00 for fuel they pumped in the vehicle so that they could perform a post sale inspection. i called in and asked for an explanation and asked them to waive the fee because i have never been asked to pay such a fee. They chose to lose a dealer over $10.00 Talk about petty, to me that is a huge red flag i can only imagine how they would handle a $10,000 or $20,000 issue.
