Roger, the owner, is an idiot and a liar! He's a neighbor of mine. His dogs (6 or 8) have attacked me and mine 15-20 times. They killed one of my dogs and maimed another. I was on Entergy property! After I'd had enough I told 'im I was gonna take matters into my own hands, because the sheriff wouldn't do anything! Big, bad Roger GOT A RESTRAININ' ORDER ON ME! Sheriff's deputies won't stop harassin' me. I've been served papers involving a suit by his high-powered lawyers! I guess ol' Rog has alot more stroke than me, and knows the right people! Oh, the lyin' part. I've never touched his dogs except to get 'em off of mine on Entergy property. In the legal papers he says he's worried that I'll cut, stab, slash, etc to his dogs. That happened to 'em before, but it wasn't me! Apparently some other neighbor doesn't like the fact that his vicious dogs frequently jump over or dig under the fence and harass the neighborhood. Lousy, lyin' neighbor! More restrainin' orders from ol' Rog! (12/31) I guess I'm not supposed to breathe "his" air. Ol' Rog's dogs were at it again last night! They were roamin' the ROW adjoinin' my property. They tried to get in my yard and attack my dogs. I don't know what I have to do to protect my animals. In the last restrainin' order that Rog's legal team sent me it said if I post anything mean about 'im it's gonna cost me $500. I guess I have to sit back and let his pack of dogs kill mine and play nice and keep my mouth shut! Well, back to square one. A little while ago Rashall's 5 or 6 dogs busted through my fence where my dogs were restrained. My dogs got out and chased 'em. Ol' Rog's dogs damn near killed mine until I drove 'em off! I don't know if Beaux 'll make it. That's the 2nd damned time. I was hot as a pistol! I went to Rog's house and he asked me "well, how do you know it was my dogs?" I told 'im that I had to pull all of his dogs off of mine. Sheriff came to SEE ME! I didn't answer the door. I figured they'd THROW ME IN JAIL! That seems to be SOP these days. Can anyone tell me how to make sense of this crap? I was visited by DPS and sheriff today. They told me if I mess with ol' Rog's dogs I'll go to jail for felony re- taliation! I'm gettin' out of Nederland after 52 years! Thanks, Roger Rashall and friends. Got a meeting with social workers, today. Maybe that'll even the odds in this David v Goliath battle royal that I'm havin' with Rog and his VIP friends! Disabled folk without access to lawyers have to use social workers. Visited by a deputy again, today (4/7). He asked me about damage to Ramblin' Rog's fence. When I asked 'im who's gonna address Rog's pack of killer dogs he said "oh, I don't know. That's a different department!" Can anybody tell me how to get out of this nightmare loop?
