Horrible place to work! Postmaster Amanda is rude, arrogant, and I believe to be a racist. DO NOT WORK HERE! QUIT IF YOU DO! Iβve seen people come and go during my time here and majority of the issues and situations arises here are due to the postmaster being an incompetent disgrace of a human entity. If I can give this place negative stars I definitely would. Avoid this place at all cost. If this post is removed we know why.

Can I give negative stars? Why do packages say delivered but arenβt? Also, why are the staff inside always so rude? Like going back to the 90βs. Ok there is one nice lady but the rest are just miserable human beings. Iβve had so many issues with this post office including items being stolen out of packages. I refuse to even step foot into this location anymore so I head over to Dumont. I wish my mail could be tunneled through Dumont instead of ever going to Bergenfield. The funny thing is the delivery people have always been rather nice and friendly.

Been in this town 23 years and they are often rude. Twice I spent a lot of money to have photo cards sent to friends and family, and they lost them. The first time they were all 20 photo cards, lost. Not one person received them. I literally had a friendly talk with her, purchased the correct stamps, stepped to the side put them all on the envelopes and went back to the lady and gave them to her. What happened after that is anyone's guess. The second time only people from outside of Bergenfield received them. So apparently they are chucking them in the garbage because there is too much mail during Christmas time. They just don't want to work that hard.

today is a holiday
you can do it online at usps.gov
Yes there is a form that you need to fill out. The form is given to clerk at the counter and then mailed to a central location. Need to plan ahead I would give it at least 5 days.
You will get the letter send back to you because it is incomplete.
