Penny and staff go above and beyond! From the moment we checked in they took care of us. Very cute and quiet campground. Pool was so refreshing and quite relaxing. We definitely have found our campground when in Ocala and will be back in November. Sites are roomy and everyone is friendly and respectful. Close to anything you may need or want too! They deserve 10 ⭐️!!

Wifi is never available. Restrooms are clean.. Only avaialable during office hours. Alot of kids. Decent rates. Staff is adequate. Clean park. Safe envoronment. Minimal activities.. Needs an activities director.. Generally moving up.. A work in progress. I live here year round. Rent is 390.00 monthly + electric. Clean pool no chairs. Friendly.

Currently, 30 amp per night is $22.95. 50 amp is $28.95. Find out more on their website. Monthly rates for me in Aug 2018 was $370/mo + $0.13/KwH on a 50 Amp site.
Not sure about mobile homes but they did have several cabins.

You may need to go there and check how they rent out
The age doesn't matter as much as the condition. As long as it isn't a complete eyesore.
I don't think it's rental I believe u bring ur own but u can call and ask for penny she is the most helpful person you will ever meet
50 amp sites metered. 30 amp sites un-metered. 390. Month. No internet at 30 amp sites. Sketchy to good at 50 amp sites.
About 20 to 25 minutes
It's a rv park
Ive lived here for 21 years and had no problems..but, new owners are stacking in trailers and mobile homes side by side..just enough room to open the doors. This going on now..so dont be suprised to wake up with new neighbors.. everybody seems OK,..Park has doubled in occupancy in last two months ?
Some fly by night provider. The cable sucks and so does the provided wifi. If you plan on staying for any length of time, I suggest getting your own centurty link, and maybe a dish.
They have restrooms up frint/ part of office facility's..but they keep them locked and you have to chase down the caretaker( who spends alot of time running around)...so if yiu move out to very back..its a 1/2 mile hike.
They use to allow tents, but new owners have put trailers there...but they do guve discounts ?
Food is close, fast food joints around the cornor(1-2. Miles). Wal-mart about 4.5miles...Medicals are spread out..some close as 1 mile, others up to 10 miles ?
