LOL at 2.3 stars and rightfully so. The worst customer service anywhere. They unethically hang up on customers trying to get life saving medicine. The Manager does not follow up when complaint is sent in on the website. They refuse to send memo up to the national website IT team to fix the website after admitting know issues with auto refills.

Most of these people commenting just dont understand what they are being told and get offended when they cant have their way. If u need consultation, the head pharmacist (Fabian) will stop whatever he is doing to listen to the customers. He will start asking them questions to give them the most accurate solution to thwir problem. I have seen him do that all the time at the consultation window. There is a reason why this is the most visited pharmacy in Fort Myers.

I've never had an issue with them alot of the complains on here are from people who complain about every little thing a negative Nancy if you will. I go here monthly for my prescriptions, the pharmacist people are nice when you call them and easy picking up i definitely like Walgreens alot more than CVS bcus it's closer to me, they call you as soon as it's ready or text you. They just need to hire more people at the pharmacy as it tends to get busy and they're running around like headless chickens but other that great store, i approve this message👍🏻🏪🛍️

The experience I had with the pharmacy is thee worst I've ever had. I have never been made to feel so low by a company before. The pharmacist stated he didn't feel comfortable filling a prescription I've had filled numerous times with no issue but yet he ran it through my insurance. The way he said everything was like he was belittling me. I will NEVER go to any Walgreens pharmacy and have already called my insurance to make them aware of how rude Walgreens treats their clients. I have made a special request to use CVS as they've always been professional and courteous. Avoid this store at all cost.
