We visited from MN and I ran out of medications. When I called the pharmacist she was very helpful and refilled my prescription with no issues. However, the tech that gave me my meds when we pulled through the drive thru barely spoke English and was super rude!

Used this pharmacy for a few years then they brought in a new pharmacy manager who seems to have an ego that definitely affects his job performance. Anyways I've witnessed him treat customers like Walgreens doesn't care about losing them . I'd never go to this location again unless the pharmacy manager that's there is gone. The other regular pharmacist seems nice and caring. The manager on the other hand is unprofessional and an embarrassment to the Walgreens franchise.

I am writing this in the hopes that the management at this store will finally fix the lighting on their signage outside the store. It’s been flashing on and off like a strobe light for months!!! I understand this takes time and money to be fixed but it has been MONTHS and it’s still not fixed. You’d think the management would want this fixed ASAP as it makes the store looks so trashy at night but apparently not. Please get on this! I noticed it every night I drive home so felt compelled to say something.

Incompentant pharmacist who is unable to fill a prescription that was called in in a timely manner.. hadn’t checked his voicemails from doctors in over 5 hours and told me he planned to check them once the store closed. Horrible customer service. When manager got involved, she rolled her eyes at me and told me I was being ridiculous about the situation, then proceeded to say the same about me to other customers in the drive thru line. Very unprofessional. The only nice person was the pharmacy technician who clearly understood the pharmacist was in the wrong and apologized for the situation. Manager never apologized. Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes due to this situation that could have been avoided had the pharmacist done his job. All he said is “we are busy.” If he can’t handle the volume, he should be relocated to another store that manages less volume. I will never return to this pharmacy and I will not recommend this pharmacy to my own patients.
