Understaffed and out of almost everything. Every coffee, bread and donut we ordered was not available so we had to order 2nd or 3rd choices. Service was nice though.

we had a big order but they were able to finish making it very quickly. the staff were all really nice and even funny :) would return again

This Dunkin' was dealing with new staff, so I will cut them some slack for the slower than normal service time. I must commend the associate who was taking coffee/drink pre-orders from customers while they were waiting to have the orders cashiered by the trainee. This employee's quick thinking saved their service-level.

The most unorganized Dunkin i’ve ever been to. Everyone was running around like chickens with their heads cut off and nobody knew what they were doing. Took me 20 minutes for someone to hand me a crossaint before I asked for it. My crossaint was SO DRY.
